what's up with the odd-man-out grouping!?

When I try to group several units together on the battlefield every other (ore even more frequently) try ends up with one of the selected units ending up outside the freshly formed group. The unit card for this 'odd-man-out' unit ends up pushed all the way to the right side of the unit card stack. Pressing group/ungroup repeatedly several times finally allows the excluded unit to join the group.

I have not seen this annoyance in the previous titles and it looks like a bug to me. Anyone else has witnessed this?

I have, same occurrence. I have also had an issue where I select a unit in a group from the bar and it picks up the card, releasing the card anywhere removes from the group. Only happens to cards that are in groups, never an individual.
