New ATI driver (11.3) worth getting?

Hi, I'm running the 11.4 preview driver for my HD6870, Shogun 2 is running fine at the moment, so I'm wondering if it is worthwhile downloading the 11.3 driver since it is "official"? does it make any performance change?

Also, my 11.4 driver still has frameskipping issue with NTW, (but not Shogun 2 for some reason...) I'm wondering if anyone tried 11.3 and if it helps.

The 11.4 preview/beta has a newer graphics driver part so it's unlikely to be better for brand new game like this one. The CCC also got updated yesterday so if you download the 11.4 preview again you'll get the latest there is. 11.4 runs excellent with my 5850 anyway. When the DX11 Shogun 2 update comes it might be a different situation, so save your strength until then.
