Upgrade GPU or CPU?

I'm interested in purchasing one new piece of hardware for my PC, either the video card or processor, to increase its performance on Shogun 2. I currently have a GTX 260 GPU and an intel Q6600 processor. I'm debating between upgrading the 260 to a 460 or the Q6600 to a Phenom II X4 965. Which component would you recommend that I upgrade first? Thanks!

CPU first -- always. You won't see much improvement going to a 460 right now. GTX260 is a decent GPU.
