First Age: Total War?

Hi, I've played a wide amount of realistic mods(some fantasy too). However, once I saw a "poster" of a mod called 'First Age: Total War' based on the first age in the LotR-universe. Now I've played TaTW(M2TW) and FaTW(RTW) long ago. But due to the films, I have the big picture of the third age, and the fourth age is somewhat imaginary(not sure about this). But I pretty much know nothing of the first age except that it was the time of Melkor(I think he was the lord of Sauron) and his war against some other seemingly divine beings. Now I know I can just read myself up on this on sites such as wikipedia or perhaps find an official site of LotR to check it out. But this is not what I'm searching for - I'd love to play this mod(if it is a mod), and I looked through the released mods for each game(I only possess RTW, M2TW, well and S2TW but I strongly doubt it's a mod for this game). However, I couldn't find any clue on where I could download this (supposivly) mod. I then used the 'search' function, but when I skipped through a couple of the hits shown up - I knew it wasn't a precise search.

So now I'm asking you: Is this 'First Age: Total War' a mod, and if so - is it available/released? And if the answer to both these questions are 'Yes', then could anyone provide me with a link to it, so that I could download and play it?

There is no First Age mod afaik, unfortunately. You should really read the Silmarillion if you are interested in LOTR, its a great read. A wiki doesn't do it justice by far.

Ok, thanks! I'm not all that into LotR, I'm just like the ordinary "fan" who likes the movies and gets a tad more intrested in the lore than the average movie-watcher. Especially since playing other LotR mods as TW-games have been a fun experience. Shortly put, I'm just lusting for some more bread to bite in.
