Missing descr_strat SS 6.4

[DEATHSCOPE]

When I try to setup my campaign (early/modern) etc. I choose a campaign, doesn't matter, and selected "Permanent Watchtowers" but afterwards an error popped up saying

Error while processing Watchtowers.txt

File does not exist:
data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_strat.txt

so I checked, and sure enough, it wasn't in there. What's going on? Can somebody help me with this?

here's the file...but the only reason i can think of you not having it where it's suppose to be is if a) you moved it or modded it in some way to rename it or move it out of the folder or b) you have faulty install which would probably mean you have more wrong than just missing the file.

Nevermind, haha. It works after I start running it under administrator. It seems to be a user problem.

in the imperial campaign folder? if yes...than lots...and you have a bad install if your missing all those.

Reinstall the patch/mod and remember to run everything as administrator / have uac off / install outside of program files.
