Campaign start CTD

Hey it seems when i start any 0 turn campaign except Carthage or Rome (and maybe a few others) I CTD. For instance, I start a Ptolemoly campaign and when it finishes loading it CTDs.

Any ideas?

Did you patch to 2.1a ?...in 2.1 there where a missing file which caused these loading CTDs
