    Default How to change Spartan 1-turn victory conditions?

    I was just about to start up a Spartan 1-turn campaign, but I noticed the victory condition was 199 cities. First off I have to ask why is Sparta the only faction that has that many? The other factions are like in 60-80 cities range. Second off, how can I change that 199 number to 100 for example? Thanks for any help on this, as I won't start the campaign until its changed (unless it won't affect the campaign in progress, but I'm guessing it does)
