Wegame error - help please

Hey all, sorry I didn't know where to put this thread. I just assumed it would be okay here as it kind of classes as a resource.

I've downloaded wegame and attempted to video a game, but it come up with this error: 'There was an error processing your recorded video. (invalid video file)' which was especially perculiar as it come up just when I tried to record, not when saving, but it won't let me record anything it just repeats the same error message. I was hoping anyone here with previous experience may be able to help.

Have done, but slows down my computer too much lol.

My only suggestion then is to redownload and install the program. (I don't actually use the software you're using, but reinstalling usually works regardless of the program)
And make sure the version you download is the correct one, some software is only compatible with newer versions of windows.

I checked requirements and all are okay, and the software is the latest version directly downloaded from the official site so don't see that being a problem. I will try reinstalling, thank you for the suggestion, will update with results
