Icon9 Unavoidable crash as Carthage around 228 BC

So the game just ctds at that date aprox

It kept happening so i reloaded like 15-20 turns earlier and advanced in a diferent way conquering other cities, but still the crash happened...

I turned FOW off and skip_ai off to watch the source of the problem (over 15 minutes watching moves omg), and it seems that its triggered when this particular Epeiros General joins his forces, so i tried using the kill_character cheat, unfortunately (sp?) it does not work anymore, so i really don't know what to do!
I tried using RomeSage but it won't help me kill a character, and i really don't know how to edit a savefile as I only see moonrunes when I open it with noteblog.

I remember a similar unavoidable crash happened to me a year earlier but just stoped playing, however now i really want to end this particular campaign because it's so awesome...whenever i start another campaign I remember this one and can't go on, even in medieval 2 or shogun 2 lol, since it was VH i had so many battles for some turns while conquering Egypt for example that i really dont want that time to go to waste... i just had reconquered Phoenicia and brought glory to Carthage and was about to begin my expedition to Spain or Italy.

Anyways is there a way to kill that character? to edit the save file?

Can you upload your game so I can give it a try myself? Epeirus is last AI faction before the Rebels, so it could also be a crash on their turn.
Did you try to move him away (on an island or desert) so he can't join this army? (Guide: How to use 'move_character' in EB)

If you upload your save I must know what exe you are using and if there are submods installed.

I'll have to dig a little deeper, it isn't one of the more usual reason or a CTD.
