error in setup

I have tied to setup a campaign and I got this message.

"Cannot read the start-keyword in file data\campaign\sub\BGR2.txt
Valid keywords are: append, translate, overwrite, replace"

look like something to do with bgr(2) might wanna ask in his/its sub-forum.

thanks for the fast reply, But i tried to do the setup with out it and it said
"error while trying to create a tempory file.
operation aborted."

what windows are you running? if it's vista/7 give ss and mtw2 admin rights.
