Why does Russia not have a single French region as a campaign objective?

I started my third campaign as Russia after beating the French and British ones. From a quick overview of the map and my position, it seriously looks like I'm best off making peace with France immediately, redirecting all my forces to conquer the Ottomans, then declaring war on the Coalition after they've been bled white by the garcons.

Also, why does Great Britain have Denmark as a victory region? Knocking out a rival for empire in India?

russia isn't concerned with the conquest of french territories.

Britain invaded Denmark in 1809 I believe with the express purpose of stealing the Danish fleet. The poor Danes were caught between a rock and a hard place, France wanted to use the Danish fleet to invade Britain so Britain decided it had to use the "Bush Doctrine" and make sure that this could never happen.

Just beat the Russian campaign, it's a total and complete joke.

Order all troops home and mass them on the south while building up roads and infrastructure (markets, farms, etc.) then declare war on the Ottomans and sweep away their starving peasants and desert nomad cav. Seize the Black Sea and Asian trade routes, spam merchantmen, then start building up stacks back home.

Once Istanbul falls you have 3 research centers and can zoom ahead in tech.

Send a stack up north into Finland and annihilate the 10-12 veteran militia defending it, then declare war on Prussia and blitz westward. By this time, France should have carved up the Austrians and left you an open road to seize a totally undefended border.

Yeah, you could do that. Or you could do anything, really. It's not a campaign you could lose.

As a member of the Coalition, I didn't fight a single battle against France.

In my current campaign I didn't fight a single battle against France until after I had won, and then some. But by that time a coalition of literally the entire map had declared war on me, and I had five armies and three of them were outfitted with 6 unicorn regiments each. France isn't enjoying that morale bonus too much anymore.

It makes them ideal for the imperial psychopath achievment.

I'm working on that one ... it is crazy tough to run your finances not having any trade I spend quite a few turns bankrupt to start, almost leading Paris to revolt before I got it under control.

It kind of makes me feel as if it was the time of the early republic when the 'whole world' was turned against them.
