Medieval 2 total war isnt starting.. Please Help!

Hey,for some reason my medieval 2 total war does not work. I installed everything correctly and when I try to open up the game, it doesn't open. Can someone please help me?!? I really want to play this game.

My friend.... the way you put it... it could be anything. Is your pc ok? Can it handle it? Is your game an original copy? a pirated one? Be specific if you want to get somewhere.

I believe my pc is fine, it is a windows-64bit. It has 297 GB space. It runs rome total war and empire total war just fine, but when I try running medieval 2 it does not open.. And i downloaded my game off the internet. Burned it onto a disc, and ran the installation. The installation went without any errors but when I try to run the game it doesn't work.

Bad news, buddy. It's an illegal copy. If you want a legal downloaded copy, buy it form Steam. Pretty cheap from what I paid new. Closed.
