Unique Bodyguards

I'm attempting to give some generals unique bodyguards, similar to those of Aragorn, Boromir, Faramir, etc,. However, the bodyguards do not replenish their units. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I gave a general a unit of Dismounted Swan Knights for his bodyguard, created the new unit in export_descr_unit and export_units, added the line general_unit, also created a new portrait folder, but... The bodyguard doesn't replenish. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Thank you in advance.

I actually have no idea about such stuff however i've noticed that such units were present in RC+RR mod (if i'm not mistaken) So maybe you can check the corresponding files and that may help you. Good luck.
