cant mod RTW

Hi,
I cannot mod anything in the RTW, always when I try to save what I have done with the files it says: cannot make file C:\Programfiles\The Creative Assembly\Rome- Total War\data\export_descr_unit.txt.
Control track and filename

Note that this is translated from the Norwegian message I get, what am I doing wrong, I have RTW in White Label if that matters.

You have to be logged in as Administrator and you have to have Full Administrator rights to the file.

Disable the UAC when logged is the first thing to do.
