No. The Gold installation for Kingdoms installs to 1.4 only. You will need to install the 1.5 Gold Edition patch manually. This means that you will have to find it yourself.

You also need to make sure you install the correct patch for your region and language.

Question - where do you live and what language do you have M2 installed for?

btw, i did installed patch 1.5 West US..i tried to installed DLV 6.0..i did follow all the steps. but i can't play at the end. the game won't start. what wrong? however, they said thier will be pop-up windows, but i saw there was only the last page pop-up( which asked about english or non-english version). I waited for it close by itself but won't worked..so I click close button..

Can you launch the vanilla game by itself? Without DLV? It's important that you answer this.

If you can play the vanilla game then go to the Options Menu off of the Main menu and look in the upper corner - tell us what number you see there (either 1.03, 1.04 or 1.05).

If you're only having difficulty installing DLV then you should ask this same question in the Deus Lo Vult forum. I'd suggest that you be a bit more descriptive when explaining your problem as they will need more info than you've provided. Good luck!

The 1.5 patch is the final patch for the Kingdoms expansion. Kingdoms installs to 1.4 initially and this patch (the 1.5 patch) fixes some of the problems that came up with the release of Kingdoms. Mostly it's fixes for some script errors and unit errors. It's best to download it if you can. But you need to download the correct version of the patch for your game.

If you have the original release then you will need the non-Gold patch for your region and language. If you have the Gold version then you'll need to download the Gold patch, again for your region and language. If you bought the game through an online distributor then their software should upgrade the game for you - you shouldn't have to worry.

The best way to tell what patch version of the game you have installed is to go into the Options Menu in M2 and look in the upper corner. You'll see the patch version number there.

It's a bit arcane but it can be managed. Good luck!
