Can't start 6.4 Campaign

I just installed Kingdoms Gold out of the box, minus Americas. Downloaded and installed 6.3, then downloaded and installed (in 6.3 folder) version 6.4.

Was able to start game, can even do a quick battle. However I am unable to start a campaign, long or short. When I click 'Start' it just bounces me back to the menu screen.

Any suggestions?

did you run sssetup.exe?

I have the same problem.

Found a way to fix my problem. Just ran sssetup.executive in administrator mode and it was able to write the config file. Seems like a UA problem.
