Clan tokens

Is there anyway to get clan tokens quicker, or get more than one in a battle?

I've got 40 veterans now, most of them are level 5 or above, where I really need 10 clan tokens for each veteran per level for the worthwhile upgrades. Needing 10 victories just to rank up one guy is starting to get annoying.

Same issues. I've decided that not all my veterans are special enough to get those special clan upgrades and just picked some of the free ones.

I can't even spend my tokens even though I fulfill all recquirements. My unit is 5, has at least 4 points in abilities (I've tried both 4 separate abilities and 4 more stacked), I've only tried to spend points in the stuff they've already got the basic skill in but no dice.

Ugh, thats what I was afraid of. My problem is that I dont think many of the free ones are worth making your unit more expensive. For example, giving some of my level 6 ashi bowmen extra ammunition is nice, but you dont really have many battles where they run out, and now they're more expensive than an identical unit without that perk.

I guess I'll go back to vanilla units soon then

I'll miss my vets though.

On some units it's useless. I keep alot of my extra Naginata and Katan Samurai units with unspent points until they get alot higher in levels.

My No-Dachi always spend their points into Charge first. Off the skill points alone a No-Dachi unit can achieve 48 charge

Personally, I think no dachi and yari cav are better off with points into melee attack/defence since those stats are so much weaker in comparison. My yari cav have 700% better melee defence with a couple levels into it. They dont get quite so murdered by great cav anymore.

mm there is no way of geting them more easely just do more clan competition matches.... i dotn usually spend to many skill points in the special upgrades.. but when i do i never have felt that i got too litle tokens.. but maybe taht is becouse i have rigth now 99, and spend the entire day exclusively doing clan competition matches XD

99 tokens is only 10 upgrades. I get 10 vets levelling up in around 5 battles, but you need to fight 100 to get enough tokens to spend them on. You'll see once you start running out of good free upgrades to spend your vet points on.

as is aid i dotn spend many skill points in the expecial upgrades, since most of them are not so important as the normal ones.. btw my units takes much more than 1 bloody match to gaing any exp points... theya re all over level 7 many in level 8

I'm fairly sure it works if you just do a list battle with a friend and use 1 unit on small unit sizes, take turns win/lose, farm tokens.

lol thas the pussy way of doing things... and no u dotn ear tokens from hosted games only from clan competition matches...

I think are fine as they are given I do not use them even much for upgrade veterans couse they add more cost to the unit ...

you can deffo unlock provinces/units that way.

omg i new people coudnet handle it... allways the weaks have to come with some way of cheat and crapy play...

Right on! I beat the whole map doing automatches. It taught me to suck less, and gave me good vets

One thing I just realised, which should have been obvious to me, but oh well: Vets dont cost any more money until you actually put a point in to their upgrade. So I can just let all my units get to high levels, and then spend the points later.

You only get clan tokens from MM battles.

I'm a naturally aggressive player. I'd rather boost the strengths then shore up the weakness. My No-Dachi pretty much kill 50% of every unit they charge into.
