A question (maybe two) about Teutonic Chapter House Fix.

I did the search button before posting this, so please don't flame me...

At first, I didn't know that teutonic chapter house was bugged in 6.4 until surfing the forum the other day. Though I found the fix for it, the one by Ishan, I later learned that it wasn't meant for MSC 6.0 and also, someone said there was one that can be used with MSC, the one I searched but it eludes me still. So could someone please give me a hand or a hint here?

Open export_desc_buildings.txt, search for the teutonic chapter house and delete this entry: "and not event_counter inquisition 1".
Remember there are two buildings (minor and major) so you have to edit both.
Then save the file.

hmm wouldn't :

teutonic_knights_minor_ch requires factions { hre, } and hidden_resource teutonic_knights_chapter_house and event_counter teutonic_order 1

be more logical - so that you can build the Order Houses once the order has been founded?

(note that the Order was first formed in L'Outremer and only later transferred to eastern europe, in 1211)

you could tie this to the founding of the franciscan_order which is around that date:
teutonic_knights_minor_ch requires factions { hre, } and hidden_resource teutonic_knights_chapter_house and event_counter franciscan_order 1

(come to think of it, why can't the TO build their own order Houses?)

and they first operated in hungary, so maybe they should get TO order houses?

Yeah, it makes sense.
Both Hungary and Poland should get Teutonic chapter houses, imho.
Hungary should be also able to build Hospitaller chapter houses.

I see, so by deleting "and not event_counter teutonic_order 1", HRE can build and recruit teutonic knights right at the start (year 1100). Replacing "and not event_counter teutonic_order 1" with "and event_counter teutonic_order 1", however, renders Teutonic Knights available for HRE only AFTER the teutonic order event takes place (~ year 1225). Am I mistaken?

P.S: Oh wait, are we talking about using Ishan's export_descr_building.txt or the original one?
