    Coz I wanna modify some individual unit sizes and their relevant stats

    no, since empire, all files are packed on ".pack" files..
    so if you want to boost your starting money, just simply download cheatengine..

    Nah not interested in money, but since I've done the script edit of unit size, the amount of cavalry vs infantry is totaly not in proportion. Cavalry can be smashed by the weakest infantries. So I was thinking if it is possible to drag out these files and edit them to re-balance the forces
