Default Avoiding bad traits for your king....

Two kings in a row i have gotten the absent minded trait. What am i doing or not doing to get this?
I've tried to not build brothels and higher tier buildings such as tavern ect. to get bad traits. I've avoided using assassins. I'll keep taxes on low and every now and then set them to normal or high/very high to get the good tax traits. I try to use as much as their moment points as possible each turn so they aren't complacent in one spot to long.

What do i need to do or not do to avoid absent minded? My first king managed to get the awesome protector of his people trait. Now i am getting bad traits and my generals loyalty seems to be dropping for each one slowly.

I'm playing as Lithuania and my capital is still Vilnius. Does this have a huge effect on getting absent minded trait since i've acquired alot more land farther away.

All I know is that every faction leader gets Absent Minded eventually unless they get a different leader trait (9% chance a turn to gain a point in Absent Minded, at 2 points you're done).

As far as I can tell, it's all just luck if you something else. I've had one faction leader out of about 20 get something different (also Protector of the People).

    It's random.
