So apparently no matter who your enemies are or how they feel towards each other, as long as they are both fighting you on the same battlefield they act like 100 year allies. This is especially annoying when playing as Oda/Tokugawa because you are surrounded and several people usually attack you all at once for quite a while at the beginning.
For one thing, unless armies are allied, they should not be fighting in the same battle against(I would not have a problem with multiple armies all fighting each other) the player, sorry. That's just not realistic, unless they added in a chance that the two sides would come to blows during the battle or that one side would stay passive or retreat(which they don't, they always act like one army basically).
A clan that isn't allied to the besieging clan is perfectly willing to sacrifice their troops so that the besieging clan can win the castle in the end? Give me a break.
All these clans are supposed to be fighting for the same goals, yet are tripping over themselves to be the first to wipe out the player.
In one battle I had a stack of Tokugawa, a stack of Hattori, and a small army of a minor clan all in the same battle against my Oda. None of them are allied. They all fought like one army under one banner. That's just dumb, there's no way around it,
