    Default Mod Tool Idea

    Not releasing mod tools is a question of money as I have heard it. Why not sell the mod tools and the ability to download mods on steam (like Civ 5) for like $10? That way, they aren't going to have to come up with stupid chinsy (SP?????) DLC and they can still make money. In fact, they would probably make more money if they sold the tools that way. Anyway, what do you think?

    Why not for those who voted no? If the only other option is to not have mod tools then why wouldn't you pay for them?
