Most weird crap code ever? ANY good explanation for that? HELP!

Look, I just don't understand this people who programed Shogun 2. For me its mystery how this game works.

This is my problem and things Ive tested.

My pc is turning off only at shogun 2 after about 10 minutes. I have an OCed config so i thought this may be a problem.

This is my PC:
CPU: Phenom II X4 B50@ 3,6GHz BE+ Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B | GPU: Gigabyte HD5850 OC 1GB | MOBO: Asus M4A785TD-V EVO | RAM: OCZ 2x2GB 1600MHz AMD BE CL8 1,65V | CASE: LanCool K58 | HDD: Seagate 500GB 7200.12 | PSU: Chieftec 450W | MOUSE&KEY: Razer DA 3G + Goliathus + Lycosa | SCREEN: BenQ FP91GP 19" PVA | SYS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

For the record. Every single game including CPU/GPU killers like Bad Company 2, Crysis, World in Conflict
work perfectly fine for so long. OCCT crashes sometimes after about 10-15 minutes of testing but system and games always wor great.

Now my story with Shogun 2. After I installed the game it worked perfectly fine for about 2 days. After that PC started to shut down with no reason. So I decited to reinstal system and update my bios. This not helped. Next stem was lowering cpu frequency. but problem still occur after 1-2h playing.

Today I decited to extremly increase voltages. This still not helped. Next step for today was extremly lower down voltages. After that i started OCCT. BSOD under 1 minute. Next i started AC Brotherhood- BSODS after max 10 mins of playing. Next i started Shogun 2 and had an 6 h session straight and had great fun with no crash.

for so long- WTF?! How its possible every game and occt test crash because of low voltages and this damned shogun works fine with low voltage? How its possible every game and occt(for 10-15mins) works fine with high voltage but shogun turning my pc down?

So now as I saw that shogun like low voltages and other games not(LOL) I had to lower down frequency to 3,4 to make system fine for shogun and other games but put voltages little higher.

First thing i did was occt test for about 40 mins straight. No any errors and crashes. so i turned shogun and after 20 mins was a crash. God damn it... what the hell?

PLS. NYBODY help me, because fo me its black magic or something(dman cursed game).

well to be sure that your oc is stable occt needs to run for at least 6hrs or so and some people say more up to 24hrs.

if occt is crashing means u arent stable on the oc.

once occt or ibt (intel burn test) has run for at least a few hrs or so you cant be sure there isnt some setting in the bios that isnt quite right.

annoying that it might be you cant start to point fingers of blame at the code until you are satisfactory ocs are stable.

it does seem odd perhaps that other games dont cause the issue. i'd check drivers then. but fact if occt crashed at al it means your setup aint stable. sorry.

But you dony understand. While occt crashes other games run fine and shogun dont. While occt work fine and others games too shogun still dont. Shogun only works fine when i lower the voltages but then other games and occt crash at maxx 10 minutes(unleas crash not turning my pc off-_-). Is it possible shogun need soo much more energy than other games and I need change my psu for this bughtic, 1 core support only crap?

Your overclock just isn't stable as Totalheadache already mentioned. No point in playing shogun 2 until you have it really stable imo.
OCCT for at least 8 hours and thereafter prime95 for at least 24 hours. If it doesn't pass it's simply not stable.
