Installation Problem: C Drive
I bought the limited edition of the game on a disk. I tried to install, but after I entered my code thingy, it said I didn't have enough space in my C: drive. It didn't offer me any option to change where it installed to.
Can anyone help? I hear it's an incredible game, but unluckily cannot play it.

Re: Installation Problem: C Drive
Hi there.
To change destination folder during install, there is an option to browse your prefered destination. Be carefull when entering the new destination (like:E\The Creative Assemply\Shogun2) that it is a LOCAL drive (My Computer; if it is called "Local drive (E)". If it is, I can not see why you cant move it to your E drive. I have it on my E drive, and I have no problems.

Re: Installation Problem: C Drive
Thank you for your help MortenJessen, however there is no button or option to change drives. I have heard of someone having the same problem with Medieval, but not with Shogun.
Every time I try to install, it does something to do with C++ Visual, and then tells me I have no space.
This is the message I see every time. There are no other pop up windows between me pressing install and this.

Re: Installation Problem: C Drive
If it's like Medieval2, you will have to free up enough room on C: drive to install the game before having choice install locations.
You can contact Sega support about this.

Re: Installation Problem: C Drive
Thank you all, but I actually solved it without freeing up space. You just copy steam across to the F: Drive and then it works, because Steam likes to put games wherever it is.
