Default How to get rid of Flexibility?

Is there any way you can make this stop? Almost all my characters get it!
And i havent figured out how they get it...

    Ps: no modding, playing question
You have a certain mentality, a "you vs them" and i know it is hard to see, but it is only your imagination which makes up enemies everywhere. I haven't professed anything but being neutral so why Do you feel the need to defend yourself from me?. Truly What are you defending? when there is nobody attacking?

    Do you mean financially flexible?
If so, I guess you need to build education structures. Also don't leave the taxes too high for too long.
    I think this should help.

You may also consider editing "export_descr_character_traits.txt" if you find these traits being used in a wrong way. Remember, the manufacturers of the game are not gods, you may adjust it to your needs.
