    Hello
    I really like this mod but i hv some questions on some things, are the monarchs in each campaign correct? and hv u made something to change the type of units in each era for Ex:spear militia in the empires campaign instead of historically correct units for that campaign [time,era] ?????? And I hv a problem which happens in game basically when I press custom battle and time period: all and then I press continue and thats when the CTD comes in withought notification or a reason why. It happens with some mods I have but not all, is it something to do with my computer, a thing I did or something else??? and one more thing if you wouldnt mind is that some of the faction leaders die in turn 2 and the continueing turns [I dont know if thats supposed to happen or something strange is happening] but there are some leaders that I know they died if you know what I mean.

    Thanks, sorry if some of the things that I have asked shouldnt be asked in this thread.

    I have tried to get the monarch correct however it's sometimes difficult because without scripting children and women can't be the faction leader.

    The units do change with the time period so basic units are replaced with later version. However I'm not 100% sure how accurate they are in each era.

    You can't use the time period all because of the mercenary system I use (basically if you select "all" there are so many units that it makes M2TW crash). If you select "early" multiplayer will work fine.

    Some faction leaders are very old at the start of various campaign so they die after a short period of time. If the faction is destroyed when the faction leader dies you need to upgrade your version of Kingdoms to the 1.5 version.

    Hi, fist i ike the mod,
    second my question:
    I have a similar problem as the previous speaker regarding the ruler. Within 15 laps were all Spanish ruler died / killed in a war against half of Europe and the empire was no more. (the Crimea as well) I have. version 1.5 and play Japan in the 1547 campaign Is this rapid decline of the states wanted? because by the deceases in Spain half the map is gray. Or destroyed States can come back? (spawn horde, etc.)

    At present once a faction is destroyed it cannot come back to life. Though the AI factions will begin conquering the new rebel regions.

    Just installed 2.3.5. Every time when I start a campaign, the game exits automatically when it finishes loading.

    My roman guard archers dont have textures and also instant battle are not playable for me

    The problem seems to be a missing texture. I've uploaded a path to fix your and Iquabakaner's problem.

    To install this patch download the patch.rar, unpack it, and put the folders in the mods\conquest\data folder (default location C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data).
    Overwrite the existing files.

    I've been playing the game for days now (1547 Campaign, Japanese), and I must say, there are only TWO things that bug me.

    First one is the Asian buildings during battle. When I attacked Hanseong for the first time, I was VERY excited to see how the buildings would look like.
    Then when the battle started I was like.. WOAH. :O

    Second one is a certain crash to desktop when trying to besiege a Chinese settlement (Beijing). This happened before while besieging Shenyang, but I got through it by just automatically resolving the battle (which I do not want to do anymore).

    Attached below is my log file, I hope you can help me get rid of the crash.
    Good luck to you Uanime5 and the rest of the team! I'm looking forward to the Asian buildings.

    Oh, and one last thing! Is the present day Manila really named "Manil" before, or was that just a typographical error?

    Have An problem of Campaign Map, Everytime i try click on the city to build or recruit, the mission tab will auto pop out, it keep appearing, and it quite annoying , is that anyway to solve it? Thank
    Mod that feature Asian will be great, especially Japan,Chinese and Korean.

    Playing new age Campaign and windows 7 using the XP Bat and when I click on a unit card or sometimes go to recruit I get a CTD. I have turned of user control, playing game as admin... and everything else. Played other mods with no problems. Here is my log. Any help would be great.

    I'm sure this is just an installation error (first time trying a mod) but when I play the game the menus are white. I cannot see the campaign map, when I open buildings I can construct, no option to recruit. In battle I cannot see all of the units I have the screen is just white where my units should be displayed. I cannot exit the game because the screen, again white, only displays the text 'are you sure you want to exit game". What did I do wrong? Also running on windows 8. Other than this no problems.

    1) Dark Age (A)
    2) Game crashes at random when over the Kypchak Confederacy's turn. Happened to me starting turn 42, and again at turn 49. It had also crashed a few turns earlier after concluding a battle.
    3) Ending turn.
    4) Attached


    It's actually constantly crashing every so often, ALWAYS on the Kypchak Confederacy. Oftentimes, I re-load the game, re-load the autosave, and it won't crash.

    Unfortunately no one has made new battle buildings that look Asian so they either look European or Middle Eastern.

    The error log said you were missing one of the mesh files so this is probably the cause of the crash (if M2TW can't find a mesh or texture it crashes).

    To fix this download the attached unit_models.rar and unpack it in the Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data). Overwrite the existing files.

    Oh, and one last thing! Is the present day Manila really named "Manil" before, or was that just a typographical error?
    It was a coding error. You need to have a blank row at the end of every text file or it misses the last character of the last entry. I can provide you with the files that will fix this if you want.

    Which campaign are you playing and which faction are you playing as? Also does this problem only occur when you try to recruit a specific unit?

    One of Kypchak Confederacy's generals doesn't have a name, so when he gets a trait that gives him an epithet it cause M2TW to crash.

    It sounds like M2TW is trying to remake the map.rwm files (this takes a long time).

    To fix this download the attached world.rar and world2.rar,and unpack them in the Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data folder (the default location is C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\conquest\data). Overwrite the existing files.

    I've noticed that for some odd reason, any era past 1400 (That includes New Age and Empire) will load up to the menu screen, but once a faction has been selected, it will go to the load bar to load the Grand Campaign, but it will be stuck. I've sat there for easily twenty minutes awaiting it to load, but to no prevail. Is the data in my folder corrupted? I just tried to re-install ETC as a mod, but it did nothing. What is the best bet?

    Hi
    My problem is that when I take a new settlement I have to hire units from from the factions that the region previously belonged to e.g. if im Japan and take a region in Korea then the only units i can hire will be Korean ones.
    I also cannot do custom battles but im not that fussed about that.

    i have Eras 2.3.3 and when i trying to enter the battle game crushes,and when i try to chose units for custom battle,it happens when i choose in period: all,i play 1300 eras and with serbia(raska). sorry for bad english please help if u understand my problem,here's my log:
