Full Recruiting Ability

I am playing the crusader states and I just started turn 30. For some reason non of my generals have full recruiting ability, not even the ones with professional traing staff and war council memeber. Can somebody explain this to me.

Yes. WC and PTS are not the only conditions affecting recruitment. There are too many to go into here but they include money, supplies, zeal, centralisation level etc. Please download the instruction manual. Available in all good BGR threads.

I have been playing SS with BGRIV and real recruitment on for a while now (My 4th campaign).What I mean is that non of my generals get the full recruitment trait. What do I have to do except give them the PS and WC member. How can i accelerate the process of gaining the full recruitment ability. It seems rather strange that I have reached turn 32 without any of my 8 generals gaining that trait. Or am I not understanding something right?

I can only refer you again to my previous post. It's probably Zeal. But your traits will tell you that, or don't they?

Look at the zeal section in the manual. If it's not that then please feel free to post again.

As I said, Zeal. For some reason the last few people to query recruitment in BGR had not read about zeal. Please read the instructions before requesting help on the forum. Thanks

I think the reason people miss stuff in the manual is because it can look quite intimidating at first sight and could easily skip something.Also I would respond with a funny comment to k/t but I know SS mods MO by now.
