how good is Multiplayer?

Hi:
How good is multiplayer? I am considering buying the game, but i want to know how good the multiiplayer is, as we all know, multiplayer in ETW and NTW was rather ehhh...boring?? how does shogun 2 multiplayer rank? Thanks for the comments!

Its fun except when people turtle, and it can be a bit frustrating until you have played a hudnred or so battles hand have the whole map + maxed veterans.

really fast paced like most land battles under ten minutes. really aggressive.

although more unbalanced and broken the more units you unlock.

The player statistics are completely bugged atm, so if you find those very important, wait until they are fixed.
Also, there seems to be something wrong with player lists (hosted battles), but I never needed those; matchmaking is the usual way to play the game now.
Oh and team games don't work either I heard but I'm a 1v1 person so I can't judge.

Gameplay as already said is solid and fast paced, I have some vids on my channel, check them out to see what it is like.

They are pretty sweet, the whole avatar conquest thing with the quick matchmade battles is a cool add-on.

There are some weird bugs though, I've had 3 battles (2 land, 1 naval) in which I won (decisively I might add

) but then on the results screen I was listed as the loser and I received no new territory or anything on the map =(

This isn't a full scale review mind you, more of just a stream of conscience before I head off through the rain to class. Check it out yourself and make your own conclusions.

The game play is great and the concepts of clan/avatar etc etc are wonderful if not working as intended at the moment. Only a few patches away from epicness
