    Default Gimp and X11

    Ok, I'm trying to run Gimp. I have a MacBook with Tiger installed.

    After much Googling, I got X11 and an update for it installed. When I double click the Gimp icon, it brings up X11. I have no idea what to do from here. This has taken roughly an hour and a half, I'm not about to abandon this. Can someone please instruct me what to do in X11?

    No, X11. From what I can tell, it's a command console.
