A Servant comes and knocks on the door of Decimus Claudius Drusus. The servant appears to be a poor pleb but his clothing is that of a middle class worker. The servant knocks again and then places a letter on the ground. the servant then left

The letter reads as this

Dear Decimus Claudius Drusus.

Welcome back to the Republic I wanted to be the first person that gave you a warm welcome back . As you have heard or will hear in the near future the republic is at war with the Macedonians and a lot others. But that is not why i am writing this letter. No the reason i am writing this is because i want to make and alliance with your family. I am also new to this city. well i have been here for nine months. Anyway I wish to have you come and have dinner with me at my villa. their we could discuss more of my alliance ideas between our family's . By the way i am going to give you 5000 Denarii into your personal Treasury. just say its a welcome gift from me.
