I was thinking and hopeing a modder can make the unit size limit from 20 to 30 units per stack anyone know how or will look into this??? I would love to try it out!

afaik its never been implemented before by modders in a TW game, and as something that plenty of people would want for larger battles it would have been done by now if it was feasible.

fully want it too tho, that or the ability to split units during a battle

We can add more than 20 units on the battlefield in historical battles but not in a campaign stack, and adding more than 20 units adds a myriad of problems like some of the unit cards going completely behind each other, rendering them useless.

I don't think we really need more than 20 units. If you want more men just increase the unit sizes. More than 20 units would be too much to control I think.

Increaseing unit sizes just makes the darn game more unstable no thanks rather control more units!

frankly its some what possible to add more. I hav edited the battle of sekigahara and ive manage to fit so far 24 units on the map for one army. However the problem right now are the unit cards. A couple extra cards tend to overlap onto another but its not really a big deal. Unfortunately i don't know how to program it so you can change the unit cap for the whole game.

That's a bummer. I'd love to be able to play huge battles in the campaign game.

So you state that you can get 24 unit cards (and actual units to appear) in a battle. Can you tell me how you did this? PM me if you want.

Have you tried to alter the width of the cards on screen to squeeze more on?
