The video shows how to use a program called ‘artmoney’, it works with empires and also with shogun2. Basically it gives you as much money as you need, obviously this ruins the game, but a little extra to get you started isn’t so bad [or to get you out of a tight spot], especially as the CAI sets all other factions with large stacks against you, which is as lame as cheating imho.

Basically to win this game you have to play like a robot, do this then exactly that etc, there doesn’t seam to be two ways about it [though I could be wrong], especially on legendary. However if you give yourselves enough money to get a foothold in the game, then play as normal that’s ok for learners.
