Unit model type ids must be unique, non-unique entry 'royal_lady2' found.

that's telling you the 'royal_lady2' entry is twice or more in descr_model_strat.txt
check that file and verify this

Will there come a day when you'll add muslim princesses to the lot? I took a crack at it myself and failed miserably. I imagine you might have an easier time.

Anyway to take just the files that make up the Muslim princesses and incorporate them into a non-HURB version?

In the SS6.3\data folder, what you seek is the descr_character.txt(specifically the lines that look like this under the princess character type:

faction (Islamic faction type here, like 'turks', for instance)
dictionary 2
strat_model islamic_princess

plus the "portraits" folder from data\ui\middle_eastern included in HURB, and the islamic_princess.cas file from the data\models_strat folder. You might have to use WinMerge/make things compatible manually, just a heads-up.

Hey is there any update on the Muslim princesses sub mod? I always thought that was an aspect lacking from the game so I got Zephyr's Eastern Princess mod for vanilla - it'd be great to have something similar in stainless steel

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that after a few hours of figuring out why I couldn't get past the Early Campaign menu, ( it just kept repeating itself, never actually letting me get past the screen but taking me constantly back to the previous screen) its because of this mod Sad, because I was really looking forward to not having to toggle FoW to find a princess lol. Once I unticked the mod I can play just fine again. I play with SS 6.4 of course, along with the compilation and all 3 addendums, Next Heir Ancillary, Weaker Heretics, Horse Breeder Guilds in Cities, Permanent Arrows, Spying Reduced Dread and Permanent Watchtowers. I'm not sure which this conflicts with but I thought I'd let you know

@Bismarck81 - if you mean has anyone replied with an answer to the Early Campaign menu looping then no, I haven't heard anything yet but it hasn't been too long since I posted it and I can at least play now so I'm relatively happy

Hey Melooo - if I already have the bugfix with all three addendums should I just download the Courtesan without the bugfix or if I download the one with the bugfix will that corrupt anything by overwriting it?

Ok, really sorry for the continued question, especially one that seems simple but is there a building you have to have built before you can recruit them? I'm not seeing anything that says they can be recruited in the building description. I thought maybe the reason I wasn't seeing any was because I might have forgotten to have it checked in the SS setup before I started my current game so I started a new one and I'm on turn 6 and not seeing anything.

I see this but I don't see the Royal Court building in my capital. Is this because my capital is a castle? BTW, I play as Portugal.

EDIT: Found the error. Portugal got not love!!!!! In the beginning of the script it prebuilds the royal court in all the capital cities....except Portugals. I went ahead and typed in for there to be one in Portugal as well, HOWEVER, I don't know how that will affect the game if someone else takes over Oporto. I noticed that for ever capital that had a royal court in it that if someone else took it over it was destroyed or something like that. Not real sure but I haven't edited any of that in mine because I have no clue what I'm doing

I also finally read all 19 pages of this thread and found out that Portugal wasn't ever a part of this which kinda sucks. I guess that since it wasn't originally a part of this that even with me putting Oporto as a place the Royal Envoy is recruited won't make a difference. I recruited one and he hasn't done anything so far, either in city or out of city.

I had a CTD with Meloos RLC, here the log file is in this post. I worked around it after it was suggested to stop recruiting courtesan ladies.

Is it normal in this mod for Nobel Ladies not to be able to marry Faction heirs or Faction Leaders or is this just a problem on my end? Because it would be more interesting to get your faction leaders and heirs more interesting wives which add to their traits than just using the boring ones from the tick or cross event messages.
