Default Capital or “stronghold” does not change

My stronghold is very far away from the battle front….when a son becomes an adult at the strong hold it takes for ever to get him to the front. Yea it’s safe but if the enemy gets to it any way in the late game I’ve lost so it’s seppuku time.

    Any way to change this.

This is a pain. I recall that in MTW2 & Rome you could change the capital but not in ETW, NTW or STW2.

Why does CA remove features that work improveing does not mean throwing out what was good

Does 'distance from capital' have an effect on how happy the population are in far-flung settlements?

^no, OP is just complaining that when his heris come of age he has to spend alot of time moving them to the front to take command of an army.

    and he has a point.

being able to set your capital would be nice.

I find CA amusing, at times.

We re-gained the ability to choose our faction heir yet lost the ability to set the capital.
