How do I get my archers to deploy the screens they supposedly have??? I have looked everywhere and cant find how to deploy screens


How do I get my general to use the wedge formation he supposedly gets during the tech tree upgrades?
After your general gets a couple of skills on is wedge formation but I never see the button for this


I also cant find the stand and fight button for a general who has attained this? stand and fight is another ability that doesnt show up


Does anyone else have this problem?

They need to be deployed before the battle and the button you press is hard to spot 'deployable defenses' tucked away in the VERY right hand side of the screen - that and ship mines I always miss

Can't speak for wedge but my general can use stand and fight ok.

And the time that you use these deploy-able defenses is when I am arranging my formation before I hit start battle? I have moved my screen all the way to the right and I dont see it any chance i can see a screen shot?

Which lastly how do i take one to show you guys what I have?

When you are defending in a field battle, the button to deploy screens for your archers appears on the right hand side of the screen when you have one of your archers selected. You have to select each unit individually and deploy their screens once you have positioned them where you want them. The button will be greyed out if you are in trees or very uneven terrain.

Yeah but I still am not finding this button I just went in and set up a custom battle as well to see using just monks and bow samurai high lighted each one and dont see this button



OK I just went back in and your bolded defending made me see it I have to be defending are these deployable on a castle or a large fort?
