Multiplayer campaign save game corruption

Me and a friend had a nice little co op mp campaign going until the turns started to up. Suddenly we both could move our troops around on the same turn and when it was his turn it was also my turn and when i pressed next turn nothing happened on my screen. . We tried going back to a earlier save game and the same thing happened.

Yep me and my friend had the same bug. It affected the campaign at turn 40-something. I hope this is a rare bug
