Edit:
I think I found a thread that'll help.
So, I suppose considering the age of some of these threads, are there any other problems to expect and resolve? Do I have to install these bug fixer programs mentioned to the mod I downloaded from the link posted in this thread?
Here's what I'm running : MTWII ver 1.3, two other mods installed: CCM and BC.
Thanks for any issues/insights I may need to be aware of.

Hey guys,
First of all, great mod. I like the concepts used and how you can develop characters on the map etc., plus the beautiful imagery and 'non-blitzing' game style like in Broken Crescent (Another great mod). Planning your army moves carefully based on supply and morale is a big realism factor, adds a lot more critical thinking to game, plus where you have certain skilled generals etc.. Great fun.
Unfortunately I have come upon a problem in selecting certain factions to start campaign where I get a CTD. All other factions work though. It seems the Aragon and a German one don't work for some reason.
I searched through the forums but there seems to be various versions of the game. I saw a version 5.6 mentioned in this thread on the first page. (Beta mod?) I think they are using this one with version 1.3 of MTWII if my memory serves me correctly.
Currently I have MTWII patch ver 1.3 and really don't want to change it as the other mods I have; CCM, BC - work perfectly fine.
The installation notes say that the mod does not interfere with any other mods and so far it seems fine.
However a bug thread that may have existed or not seems to be unavailable., and here. So I am at a loss with limited skills in scripting anyway to try and resolve the problem alone.
So... here it is...
I am wondering if someone with the same set up as me who hasn't migrated to Kingdoms version might be able to offer some of their experience using this mod, specifically why I can't select two factions, maybe three actually. Only installed it last night after work.
In any case, I am playing the kingdom of Jerusalem and having lots of fun tactically planning and the Generals' development play style.
Thanks so much for a richly detailed mod.
