SecureROM is stupid....
Well... I'm not sure an animation of that quality should be talking of poor artwork and hamfisted delivery, but all its points are valid.
for him having only a week to work on them, they are quite good.Originally Posted by Masquerade

A good message. Unfortunately the people who need the message of moderation are not the ones getting it or seeing it.

Somehow I fail to see what's so funny? As a somewhat christian (I believe in the christian messege, not in god) I'm not the slighest offended but I don't think it was funny.

The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved.
It wasn't funny, it just made some good points.
What a rubbish cartoon. It wasn't funny for one moment.

I'll echo Farnan and BigWarBird here and ask, "Why?" There's nothing in Christianity, including Protestant fundamentalism, that precludes the use of images. Images of Jesus, including paintings, mosaics, and sculptures, abound in the Christian faith. And I found nothing offensive in the message.Originally Posted by Total Warrior X

ya im not sure why you would say that, it portrays Jesus as an understanding peace loving guy, the way he is depicted in the Bible. Just the way fundamentalist "christians" see him....right?Originally Posted by Total Warrior X

Ok. This discussion can be carried on in the main thread concerning religious cartoons and the reaction of the followers, here. Whilst it is not specifically Islamic (as in the main thread), comparisons can/are being drawn with that of Christians, so it fits in there.
