Marius Reforms qestion on SPQR 8.0

At the beginning thank you for the great SPQR 8.0 mod.Over one year I played XGM mod 4, SPQR 8.0 but I really like SPQR 8.0. I know that this question has been here a million times already but let me ask it again.
How can i get into Mario reforms? I read all forums ABOUT SPQR 8.0 so i know i must destroy Carthage correct? I just want to know if there is another way how to get from start LEGIONARS. maybe somewhere just had to change something in text.editor or somewhere? If anyone knows where PLS LET ME KNOW WHAT I MUST CHANGE! Thanks and sorry for my ENG - Iam from slovak

Get there by playing. Honestly, even if I knew, I wouldnt tell. If you want to cheat, go play custom battles or something.

I do not want to cheat, I just want to enjoy this mod as possible.
I do not SPQR play campaing for arround 50 or 80 turns
and waiting for Mario reforms.
Because when it comes mario reforms also would have a lot of haste, principes, equites and anything.
and after the reform, I will not be able to retrain this units.
Therefore, I want Mario Reform from the beginning !!!!!

Find a mod starting there?
The beauty of the need to retrain the units and to manage in the meantime is one of the presented challenges. Very good one I have to say. And move the old legions to garrison duty, or simply disband them. Skipping early game into reforms is cheating.
