    Default Changing out centurion models

Last month I put up a post on the centurion's flowing helmet crest in the hamata legion's being different from that in the auxiliaries which is the more commonly thought of horizontal crest.

Rory replied that it was historically correct for the period and the horizontal crested model doesn't show up w/ the legions until the imperials.

No argument about the history, but if I wanted to change out the centurion models in my named and numbered hamata legions to use the imperial one, is there a way to do that?
"With a population of around a million, Rome (in Claudius' time) was a vast city even by modern standards. It is worth pointing out that during the early Renaissance the population of Rome was no more than fifteen thousand-- living amid the ruins of a civilization that dwarfed their own. It was not until the nineteenth century that the population of Rome returned to the levels it had enjoyed under the Caesars. That is eloquent proof of the fact that human history is not a tale of steady progress towards greater knowledge and achievement." Simon Scarrow

    Ferdiad,

I went over there and jeez Louise that's a lot of stuff to wade thru. I did several searches w/out turning up anything helpful then posted a thread only to be told I need to edit the DMB file, but without any help as to how to do that.

Ferdiad, thank you so much for doing that. For a couple of hours after writing my note above, I rooted about in the workshop and finally came to the idea that this was what I had to do, but never having done anything like it before I was really fearful of screwing something up.

My brother and my closest friend are both avid gamers, but have never tried any mods because they are apprehensive about having tech problems that become so intractable that they out weigh the potential enjoyment of the mod. I've told them that they shouldn't be deterred, that the community is heavily stocked with very knowledgeable and generous folks who will come to their assistance when they have a problem or want to do an improvement.

Thanks again for the help. Plus rep.
