Default Got All the Parts Toghether, And ready for Skyrim... Need Safety check from you guys, kkthx

Hiyoooo!, I decided I will NOT get a PSU, But just buy a new PC entirely!

My Bro is too lazy to check compitability/Prestations for me.

So This is where I need the double check for:

-Is everything compitable with each other?
-Do I have everything I need?
-Do you think they are good enough to run Skyrim/Darkspore?
    (-Opinions)

    I don't need a Soundcard,Keyboard or mouse.

    For Helpfull commenters:
I'll rep All i can ('till the site prohibits me and demands spread) To repay.
And, If you want I'll click some referee links (If you use any sites at which it is avaible)

For Suggestions, Keep in mind my budget is €900

    Thx in advance,
    Morrowind,

    PS:
My wishlist can be found "Here"!

Get a higher wattage PSU. With a 600W it might not even work, and if it does, you'll have NO wiggle room. Especially with that motherboard, and the i series of processors. They consume a lot of power. So does the 550. My recommendation is go 800+ for wattage.

Also, if you don't buy all your games from Steam, I'd recommend getting two 500 GB hard drives, instead of a single, 1 TB hard drive. It's much easier if you ever need to do a backup or something similar, and you can still install games to both drives. (Though I think Steam requires all games to be on the same drive.)

I don't know if you're getting the best deal, but all those parts will work together (or so it seems, I could have missed something, it was a rushed look), and yes, it will run Skyrim, probably on close to highest if not highest graphics, especially with that card.

A 600W PSU is perfectly fine for that, it should be able to handle SLI of 550 just fine.

With an i3 and that case? I really doubt that.

Why 8GB? If you want, I'd rather get 4GB and a better GPU like 560. Anything beyond 4GB is not going to be of much use till some time. I'd also aim to at least squeeze in an i5.

Easily, modern CPUs are designed to be more powerful not more power hungry. Intel Core CPUs are less or atleast same hungry as there predecessors. i3 are meant to be low power consuming.

    Two major issues.

    1. The graphics card is not very powerful, it's barely more powerful than an HD 5770 and probably won't handle 1080p Skyrim very well, especially when you consider graphics mods. It will run okay on vanilla as far as I know but Qarl's Texture Pack (should he decide to release one) would destroy your card. I'd recommend at least a GTX 460 1GB (non SE) or a Radeon HD 6850.

    2. That motherboard and CPU are not compatible.

Get this motherboard with this CPU.

If it's a little too expensive for you, I'd suggest to wait until AMD releases it's Bulldozer range. Depending on how it performs it will either be better or cheaper than Intel's offerings and may force their prices down too.

As for the power supply issue. Let's see, the i3 has a TDP of 73w. The GTX 550 has a TDP of 116. So SLI GTX 550s will draw an estimated 232w, and with the i3, it will draw 305w.

Add in 100-150w for hard drives, RAM, and other components like fans or watercooling and you're still at around 450w tops.

So, providing he doesn't overclock, 600w is perfectly fine. Not to mention you're not going to draw the maximum amount of power from CPU, Hard Drive and GPU(s) unless you're running an OCCT test.

On a 2500k with dual GTX 460s, I'd say he scrapes by the skin of his teeth and I'd recommend at least a 650w power supply for safe measure.

    HOW DID I MISS THAT?!

    YE GODS I'M AN IDIOT!

@GPU issue, I didn't think of 1080p, (didn't really look at the monitor) and I tend to forget these things because I play at really low res.

And yeah, don't let me do quick checks on crap. I messed up a lot this time. I do agree on the RAM issue. 4 GB is fine for any modern game.

    2 Countering comments >.>

I did a lot of research and that 600 was the first PSU i found that actually gave 599.9W
Well. I got 'till 2011 to decide.

Because I got an Awesome GPU,Motherboard,Processor,HD screen, 3200 DPI mouse with 5 customizable lights, Keyboard with lights, etc.
That sounds like an 800 to Me

Updated my list, Now includes a 800W which is said to deliver a lot of power!

    Ah, Ok.

Anyways, My Friend said the GTX 550 was an awesome card :\
Well, lets see what kind of bargain i can get.
Okey, I got one, Though it topped my budget.
So i had to remove that cool fan, It isn't needed since my case includes a "fan", does it?

    Changed,
I also changed the 8GB RAM to 2X 4GB, My bro says thats better.

    2x 4GB is 8GB. It's the same thing.

great, that fixed my price issue, 4GB it is.
I can always buy one later.

    @ Dragoon

    Another GPU again?
    Now i'm confused:
    460GTX
    550GTX
    or
    560GTX
    ?
So... 460 is better then 550, and 560 is even better... Is there a logic in it or something? >.<

    GTX 550 < GTX 460 = HD 6850 < HD 6870 < GTX 560.

Or you could just get a 580 and be content that you have the best card on the market at the moment, at least until Radeon unveils the 6950 or whatever their super high-tech one is.

You mean 6990 which they already have lol. A 6950, 6970 or 570/580 are really good choices if you can afford them. I'm rocking at 1080p with a 5850.

Yeah that's the bugger. I wasn't aware they come out with it yet. I'm rocking at 1400x900 with a 450

    No.

    I already laid it out.

    GTX 550 < GTX 460 = HD 6850 < HD 6870 < GTX 560.
