    Icon5 Unit Size Mod Help

Hay, Im trying to change my unit size in shogun 2 by modifing the prefrences script folder, Iv done this before in Empire total war and it worked fine. Iv tried multipul times to recreat the effects in shogun 2 without success.

Here is a link to the instructions (its for Empire TW but will work in Shogun 2)
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=232113
The gfx unit scale line is the one I need to change
The first line is theres, and what mine should look like,. The second one is mine.
    gfx_unit_scale 3; # gfx_unit_scale <int>, Set unit scale. 0 - lowest, 3 - ultra #
    gfx_unit_scale 3; # gfx_unit_scale <int>, Set unit scale. 0 - lowest, 3 - ultra #

This means that my average Yari Ashi Garu unit should have about 400 men, and my Niagai samari should have about 300 -360 men, But when I load the game it is still small ,around 120-160. Based on what have posted dose anyone know the issue of the problem?

PS: Im using this for custom battles not campaign.

As said in the other thread, you need to change "campaign_unit_multiplier 1;" to "campaign_unit_multiplier 2.5;" as well.

You sure about that? The 9th line from the top in my preferences file reads:

    "campaign_unit_multiplier 0.5; # campaign_unit_multiplier <float>, Set default unit multiplier for campaign #"

Change that value for land units, and change the value for naval units on the line below it.

But I remember that in previous versions of TW games, certain numbers did not take effect, but some did. Maybe the same goes for Shogun2.

Further below on that preferences list, there's a line called "gfx_unit_scale" with a given value between 0-4. Haven't tested changing that value. but it appears to give a certain unit size per scale value (probably corresponding to "small unit size", "medium unit size" etc) which the multiplier value above is based upon. So if the value is changed down here, a given multiplier value should result in different unit sizes, too.
