Changing Startup Factions for MP Campaign

Hi guys. Just wondering how to change the factions at the start of an MP camp.



As you can see in the pic i have the all factions unlocker but the list can only show so many.. Im sure i manged before by removing france,spain etc.. from the list but i cant for the life of me remember how..

Me and freind wanting to play. Punjab - Afgan .. Or Scotland Ireland..

Any help would be great. Thanks
