Who is your favourite military leader

Through out History there was some great Military leaders mine as always been Caius Julius Caesar There a great little book written by Theodore Ayrault Dodge called CAESAR which describes he's military campaigns in great detail. The reason why i like Caesar is because is was always in the front line with hes troops he new when to strike at the at the right places and was goal driven to win.So who was your favourite leader and why and can be from any timeline in history?

Rommel as above, expect Hannibal is not that clear was he such a genious, because it was a historian, who wrote about him, who was hired by the Scipio family (family of the same general that defeated Hannibal), so it might have been a trick to get the win to be more "glorious" and Scipio to have looked better than he actually was.

Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov is the best military leader ever(see my avatar). He was both loved and hated by his soldiers. He was the kind of commander that would teach his troops how to fight instead of just ordering around(which worked in most cases but still...). And best of all, he never lost a battle!

2. Antigonos Gonatas of Macedon. This guy was awesome. Had a few military victories, but was especially known for his kindness and justice towards his people.

Hannibal is overrated. He always had the cavalry edge - and always got to pick the battlefield. When the battle was with even terms, he lost. I'm not saying that he was bad - just overrated. Alexander the Great or Julius Caesar for me. Both fought in the frontline and inspired their men through their own doing.

No - I had heard of him but before I played RoP (which I did for the first time when the 2.22 patch didn't exist yet), but didn't really know what he accomplished.
