    Default requires settlement/region in EDB?

    Is it possible for a building to require a specific settlement/s or region/s in EDB other than using a hidden resource?

    Also is it possible to add the entry "and not factions" to EDB?

    Yeah with a counter it's possible.

    I have fixed the issue now but it was this:

    recruit_pool "Axemen"  1   0.3   2  0  requires factions { northern_european, southern_european, middle_eastern, } and hidden_resource saxon
    I wanted to omit a faction from one of these culture groups without including faction names like this:

    Code:
    recruit_pool "Axemen"  1   0.3   2  0  requires factions { england, france, hre, denmark, jerusalem, antioch, eastern_european, greek, southern_european, middle_eastern, } and hidden_resource saxon
