Nothing beats Schwarzenegger .

Between the time when the oceans drank Atlantis, and the rise of the sons of Aryas, there was an age undreamed of. And unto this, Conan, destined to wear the jeweled crown of Aquilonia upon a troubled brow. It is I, his chronicler, who alone can tell thee of his saga. Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!
still remember the drums and backgrounds sounds and it still gives me goosebumps. i loved the movies when i was a kid. conan and rambo. that was the good part of my youth![]()

Maybe it's just lighting in the trailer but the actor playing Conan looks rly goth or emo or something with the makeup.
Either way they'll never beat Arnold. "YOU AH ALL SLATS!" *camel punch*

In Soviet Russia you want Uncle Sam.
Should have just let the Rock star in it, have the title be Scorpion King 3: Enter the Barbarian and call it a night.
(Toss Kevin Sorbo in there also)

Bah. Rock sucks. Scoprion King, or Ronon(Jason Momoa), doesn't. He's getting quite experienced with the barbarian roles. He's done Khal Drogo, Ronon and Conan![]()

oh lord.........jason momoa as conan...... another classic movie ruined![]()
Common sense removed due being Disruptive.
am I mistaken or...Conan with a moustache
didn't like Arni either. I always imagined Conan to be...more intelligent so to say. Not just a cliff of muscles but also a smart face. It was his brain as much as his strong arm that made him king in the end after all...
this movie will be pathetic![]()
I partly agree with that. Arni-Conan is cool, however it is very far away from the original (novel) character.
Conan was quite ugly, and BIG (which means, not a buffed up body builders, just BIG), and most important is that Conan is actually intelligent and cunning, the only one who could defeat magicians without any outstanding powers.
about the film:
I watched 'the barbarian' on moviemuseum (hungarian channel) again like a month ago, and I thought that a new Conan would rule. The characters can provide lots of cool scenes, the story is OK, the _music is awesome_, and with modern tech, it should be possible to create kickass fighting scenes.
I would prefer Vin Diesel as Conan though![]()
The Arni movies completely missed the implied irony in the epithet of the barbarian.
Some day I'll actually write all the reviews I keep promising...
I'm with random youtube commenter TheRoadi3- 'Looks gay'.

I think it will be pretty bad because newer movies seem to be afraid of being cheesy, I mean that 80's cheesines that made movies from the that time so awesome!
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Looks like a Conan to me.
