Finally got M2TW to work. I was missing the old 1.1 and 2.0 NET Frameworks. But anyway.
I got everything cranked up to maximum settings. Everythings as high as possible, including AA at 8x and AF at 16x.
The game runs far better than RTW does on my system and I'm getting great frame rates no matter how big the battles seem to be or how many units are fighting.
I'm very impressed with the game performance wise.
However, if I look out across a large amount of tree's, the FPS drops into the teen's it seems.
Is this due to the AA being applied to the tree's or the vegetation detail? Or Something else?
During the tutorial battle for Hastings, when my calvary chased the routing units into the forest, the game became very laggy.
However a custom battle with full 20 unit stacks fighting each other was as smooth as butter with huge unit settings.
