CTD issue

the crash is happening right after i start a battle
OS-Windows XP
Version of RTW- RTW 1.5 RTW BI 1.6
No steam
launch- Factoin
1.60hz prossecer 798 mhz .99 mB of ram
Mobile Intel® 915PM Express Chipset w/ ATI MOBILITYTM RADEON® X300 with 64MB DDR video memory

...not sure that with that specs your rig can run RSII anyway..this is far below the waterline, especially the 64Mb DDR graphics are the minimum requirements from the vanilla RTW but graphics are far more advanced in RSII...
