Icon4 Possible install problem when the game gets unlocked?

I couldn't help myself from trying to install the game again just now. (DVD version)

The last time I tried, after the activation code had been entered and validated, the setup stated the game couldn't be installed 'till the 15th.

Now all it keeps saying is that the code has already been validated on steam but won't even go beyond that.
Not even a possibility to 'install', just validate.

It wouldn't be nice to find out we suddenly can't install the game after it has been unlocked...

Wait until it's unlocked, then pop in the CD. It will then install via the disks.

It comes on two DVD-ROMS. So, if you get a CD then I'd be worried.

Just watch out for the Ninja that jumps out of your PC when you install it.

I also tried to install earlier today. I did put the registration code in and was then told that the game was not released by Steam yet and to try again later.

There was also a message before then that told me that the code that I had used had been associated with my Steam account - all that is doing is warning you that you cannot install it on a different account.

You can install it on another computer so long as you use the original Steam account. Of course you can't have two computers running with the same Steam account at the same time.....
