i need all sound text files, please.

im two inches from taking an axe and hacking my computer to pieces because a simple sound modification is becoming one of the most retarded, stressful, confusing and infuriating things i have ever done. no matter what i do there is always this that happens.
some sound effects such as voices or menu interface/button sounds disappear, I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THEM for gods sake.
i am sure this is a text file issue because even replacing the changed files with the back ups changes nothing, the bug is still there. so that means when i introduce the new music file during the repacking(or wtv u call it) some changes are unknowingly done to some other files which effectively s up everything.

so can anyone please provide me these small sound file related .txt files so that i maybe able to to fix this issue without having to reinstall this mod for 17th time this weekend?

EDIT: Did you want all the desc_sound files? That is allot. Or just a few specific.

yea well it wasnt the text files...it must be something else....i don't understand i am only changing the music why is the menu and character voices/sounds being affected? the new music works with no problems too, everything is as it should be except the bugs i have mentioned.

Once you installed the mod and get it working (I am assuming your are talking about 1.4.2 since 1.4.4 has given you so much problems), make a backup! Copy the entire COW directory into another directory. Then apply whatever mods you want. If you mess up, you can always delete and copy back your backup. I have 4 COW directories, lol: 1) 1.4 (in russian and no mods). This is what I use as basis when new patches come out, 2) 1.4.4 vanilla (this is 1.4.4 with all patches, fixes and working, and in English, 3) 1.4.4 modded (this is with all the mods I play with, and 4) 1.4.4 with red dwarf and warcry mod.

Sorry bud, not sure whats going on. Try PMing Twmadman, or chdwhite. Since they have both released working versions of Music mods.
